# The East District

Hatchery, Seer's Tent and Arena: partner markets whose fees buy SPY for nested Hoardlings.

Three buildings sit east of the Vault. They are built, their hosts are in place, and they open in the third phase. None of them creates a HOARD derivative. Each is a partner's market reached from inside Hoard World, and in each case Hoard World's cut is a fee that the Stock Vault converts to SPY for nesting Hoardlings, on the same accounting as the 3% trading fee.

## The Hatchery: launchpad

Built, and the first of the three to open. Pons deploys the token and its bonding curve; the Hatchery locks the creator's own opening buy on a schedule the creator fixes before launching, takes a $20 launch fee for the Stock Vault, and hands out a card. Everything about it is on [The Hatchery](/the-world/the-hatchery.md) page.

## Seer's Tent: options

Options traded on a partner provider's markets from inside the tent, with the provider's strikes, expiries and settlement. Positions and collateral live with the provider.

Every trade routed from the tent carries a **builder fee** to Hoard World, shown up front. The fee goes to the Stock Vault.

## The Arena: perpetuals

Perpetual futures on a partner provider's markets from inside the Arena, with the provider's leverage, funding and liquidation rules.

Every trade routed from the Arena carries a builder fee to Hoard World, shown up front. The fee goes to the Stock Vault.

## Rewards for the first users

The 8% rewards reserve in the timelock is split into three equal tranches, one per building, streamed over three days to each feature's users by that feature's own distributor when it ships.

## Open decisions

The options and perpetuals providers and the builder-fee levels. The Hatchery's fee and lock schedule are decided (see its page).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.hoard.world/what-it-will-become/east-district.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
